To all of our customers,
Firstly, we hope you are all safe and well in these challenging times.
The COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving and having an effect on our daily lives. At Port Lincoln Music World, we continue to monitor and adhere to both the Australian Government & World Health Organization advice. We are taking steps to ensure we can continue to operate as per normal.
Due to COVID-19, there has been an increase in demand for musical instruments and associated products. This increase in demand has created some ongoing supply issues, from receiving stock from our suppliers, delivery times and manufacturing challenges. This demand has also led to some products being heavily back ordered. We are trying to stay ahead of the situation, but there are always those unseen circumstances beyond our control.
We endeavour to process and ship your orders as fast as possible. As you can appreciate this is a challenging time for everyone, so we appreciate your patience. We will not tolerate abusive or rude behaviour either instore or via phone. If such behaviour is witnessed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
Currently, Port Lincoln Music World remains open, with normal business hours. We are all fit and healthy and look forward to service your musical requirements.
Whilst instore we ask for the safety of our staff and customers you adhere to the following;
- Keep a safe distance (1.5 metres) away from one another
- Sanitise your hands upon entering the store.
- We have a maximum limit of 10 customers in-store at any one time
- If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, etc (Feel unwell) or if you have recently been in any hotspot, please STAY HOME! Give us a call, send us an email or message us via our website or Facebook/Instagram instead of coming in. As part of our great customer service, we are more than happy to help you out.
As well as increased disinfecting of the shop, we also ask as above to please use the sanitiser that is provided before touching instruments. Testing of any Microphones or Brass/Woodwind instruments has been reduced.
Port Lincoln Music World reserves the right to ask in-store customers to leave the premises if they are showing signs of sickness.
We continue to process orders as per usual, and we endeavour to dispatch them as quickly and safely as possible.
If stock or shipments from suppliers take longer than expected to arrive due to the current situation, we thank you for your patience.
Please be aware there are currently delays with freight, please allow extra time for these delays.
Our returns policy is as per usual, please see our Returns & Refund policy for further information.
Here at Port Lincoln Music World, we want to say a massive thank you for your continued support and understanding in these strange times. Music is
